COFFEE TO COCKTAILS SHIPPING POLICY

We love to shop, but we know what a headache shipping can be when you're shopping online.  Let us make things easy for you, 'kay?!  Here at Coffee to Cocktails we offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all orders under $75.  Purchases of $75+ qualify for FREE shipping.  That's right, people...FREE shipping.  And let's be real...who doesn't love something free?! 

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (longer processing times can be expected during the holiday season)
  • All orders will be shipped once processed.
  • Please keep in mind that delays in shipment may be due to unfavorable weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected situations/conditions beyond our control.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.  Coffee to Cocktails IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any undeliverable packages or packages destroyed, lost, or stolen during the shipping process :) .

 

COFFEE TO COCKTAILS STORE & RETURN POLICIES

Alright y'all.  We know sometimes things just don't work out kinda like Jennifer Aniston & Brad Pitt.  (Let's just take a moment) . We want you to be happy & feel beautiful, so if you're feeling anything less than that we're here to make things better. 

  • We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • You have 30 DAYS to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  
  • Because many of our product items are LIMITED STOCK and sell out quickly, Coffee to Cocktails WILL NOT HOLD any items for exchanges.  Should you wish to make an exchange, we suggest you purchase the size you want and once your return is received, store credit will be issued.
  • Coffee to Cocktails IS NOT responsible for damaged clothing AFTER it has been worn and washed.  We ALWAYS recommend hand washing our items and hanging them to dry. These items WILL NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges
  • Sale/clearance items (Happy Hour specials, flash sales, etc.), bralettes, gifts, and accessories and gifts are FINAL SALE and MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
  • If you purchased an item that included a free gift with purchase and you'd like to return that item, the free gift with purchase must be returned as well.
  • All returned items must be in NEW condition.  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original/new condition with tags still attached.  Store credit will not be granted if merchandise is returned worn, washed, damaged, or destroyed.  
  • A return label will be emailed to you & C to C will pay for you to return your item(s). The return label MUST be printed within 24 hours or it will expire.  If the return label expires, C to C will not reissue a new one and the customer will be responsible for incurring the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping fees are NON-refundable.

 Coffee to Cocktails is located in Baytown, TX.  Daily pick-up from 8am-8pm is available for our local customers.  Dates & times are subject to change. The Coffee to Cocktails team will email you with pick-up information and location once your order has been filled.
